Counselling & Support

TC support people through counselling and psychotherapy using a range of
evidenced based strategies, including focussed psychological strategies, depending
on a person’s needs.

Coaching and Support provides individuals and teams with guidance and tools to
navigate complex issues, strengthen communication and facilitating an environment
that fosters a culture of growth and productivity.

Workplace Mental Health and Safety

Wellbeing of your people, combined with a culture of positive mental health and
safety at work is key to good outcomes, productivity and is a fundamental right for all
employees.

TC offers training and support to your leaders and people to identify systemic
opportunities and strategies to co-create a Wellbeing and Mental Health Framework.
The aim of this tool is to promote safety, wellbeing, and support your people to
ensure all staff can respond appropriately when people are distressed or need
assistance to enable them to work effectively. Strengthening your business, and
concurrently meeting safety legislation is of paramount importance, complying with
the SAFEWORK NSW Work Health Safety Act (2011).

Business Management

We work with your team to review current business practices and streamline
processes and systems to drive operational performance. Analysing your business
metrics TC will collaborate with you to identify opportunities for improvement.

Professional Supervision

Emma has been a clinical supervisor for over 15 years, providing support, education and training teams and individuals. Emma’s professional career in mental health and wellbeing, across private practice, in industries of Health and the Tertiary Education sector as a Mental Health clinician for the last 32 years, informs her deep understanding of the complexities and challenges facing clients and fellow professional Social Workers, allied health professionals and clinicians. Emma utilises a strengths-based approach to support staff and teams, in their professional capacities.
