We’re sisters, collaborators, and lifelong learners. Drawn together by a shared belief that people already have what they need within them - they just need the right guidance, strategy, and support to find their way forward. And that's what we've dedicated our lives to do.
After decades working across Australia and internationally, in leadership, coaching, clinical counselling, and wellbeing strategy, we’ve come home to the Southern Highlands to do what we love most: helping people and teams grow.
We now work with local families, young people, and businesses, as well as clients across Australia, offering tailored coaching and counselling designed to create real progress and inspire change.
We grew up on a farm surrounded by strong role models who lived their work with purpose. We remember helping out in our grandfather's vet practice, and learning a lot about caring for our community through this work and our mum's career as a nurse. We are proud to come from a family whose commitment to community ran deep. That grounding shaped everything that came after.
Over the years, our careers took us around the world: from leading mental health strategies in universities and communities, to shaping business growth and people performance for national brands in airport retail, iconic Australian brands and healthcare industries.
Those experiences gave us a broad view of how people, systems, and organisations grow, and how they can sometimes lose their way. We saw first-hand that whether you’re leading a team or raising a family, the challenges are often the same: finding balance, confidence, and clarity when life or business seems messy.
That understanding - combined with lived experience, including navigating personal health challenges - inspired us to create Taylor Collaborative: a space where business strategy meets human understanding, and where progress is always key.
Emma has spent more than 30 years helping people, families, and organisations find clarity and confidence through life’s toughest transitions. She’s an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with qualifications in Social Work (UNSW) and Business Management (Monash University), and has led mental health and wellbeing programs across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
For over a decade, Emma led the Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy at Western Sydney University, where she built practical frameworks that helped students and staff thrive. Alongside this, she’s spent years providing trauma-informed counselling, family therapy, and clinical supervision, as well as running workshops and training sessions on resilience, ethics, and wellbeing.
Her approach is grounded in compassion and evidence-based practice, helping people see their own strengths and take meaningful, sustainable steps forward. In all her work, Emma brings warmth, wisdom, and the ability to make complex issues feel manageable.

Williams, NewsLink, Mountain Designs, Symbion (EBOS Group), and Columbia.

Kate is also an experienced speaker and facilitator, delivering practical, energising sessions on leadership, people development, and organisational growth. Her workshops blend mentoring, strategy, and accountability to create clear, actionable learning.
An accredited business and workplace coach with a Mini MBA from the Australian Institute of Management, Kate brings a regional sensibility to everything she does. Now based in the Southern Highlands, she’s passionate about using her experience to help individuals, small businesses, and community organisations thrive — locally and online across Australia.
Our rare combination of clinical expertise and executive-level leadership is often the catalyst that drives real change. Blending psychology, strategy, and lived experience to help people and organisations progress with clarity and confidence.
Our work is strength-based and systemic, meaning we see people and teams as interconnected systems - each part influencing the whole. This allows us to move fluidly between coaching and counselling, between strategy and empathy, between business performance and personal growth.
Whether we’re supporting a teenager, a small business owner, or a leadership team, we bring the same approach: practical tools, grounded support, and genuine care.
We do what we say we’ll do and follow through until the very end - with honesty, professionalism, and care.
Every conversation stays confidential and our space is always a safe one. Trust is the foundation that makes real progress possible.
We work with people, not on them. Real progress happens through partnership, accountability, action and shared purpose.
We focus and build on strengths. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn, evolve and move forward with clarity and balance.
